Over 30 working days, employees are invited to take part in a different 10-minute guided wellbeing session, including movement, breathing awareness, screen breaks, focus resets and positive team connection.

The programme can be facilitated internally by an HR representative, manager or nominated Workplace Wellness Champion and adapted for office, hybrid and remote teams.

The goal is simple: create a protected 10-minute pause during the working day and give employees an opportunity to move, breathe, reset, focus and connect.

CHOOSE THE CORRECT CORPORATE LICENCE

This programme is available in three licence levels:

SMALL TEAM — Up to 20 participating employees

BUSINESS — Up to 50 participating employees

BUSINESS PLUS — Up to 100 participating employees

The employee limit refers to the number of employees authorised to participate in the programme — not the organisation's total workforce.

This is a digital workplace wellness programme. No physical product will be shipped.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Workday Reset provides general workplace wellbeing education and is not medical, mental-health, physiotherapy or occupational-health advice. Participation should be voluntary. Employers remain responsible for appropriate workplace health and safety, accessibility, reasonable adjustments and employee support.

CORPORATE LICENSING

Purchase permits internal use by one organisation for the number of participating employees covered by the licence purchased.

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, white-labelling, public distribution, sharing with another organisation or use for paid third-party training is not permitted.
