The School Day Reset is a ready-to-implement 30-day classroom wellbeing programme designed for primary schools and approximately ages 5–11 (KS1 & KS2).

Each school day includes a different 10-minute teacher-led activity, giving pupils an opportunity to move, pause, reset their attention and connect positively before returning to learning.

DESIGNED FOR REAL CLASSROOMS

No specialist equipment. No lengthy sessions.

Teachers simply open the programme to the relevant day and follow the guided activity.

Sessions can fit around registration, lesson transitions, break/lunch, concentrated learning periods or the end of the school day.

Activities include seated and alternative participation options, and pupils are never required to close their eyes, disclose private feelings or share personal health information.

Schools remain responsible for safeguarding, health and safety, supervision, accessibility, SEND provision, medical plans and appropriate pupil support. Existing school policies and individual pupil plans always take priority.

LICENSING

Purchase permits internal use according to the licence purchased.
